At the beginning of 2020 we were excited to embark on a new culinary adventure at Ness Walk. We invited food lovers from across the country to join us in Torrish, our in-house restaurant, to celebrate some of the best food that they had never tried before. Food from around the world, as well as new takes on familiar dishes, combined to make a gastronomic adventure. The Torrish Supper Club was born, and is going from strength to strength.

A different food theme each month

Each dish is lovingly and carefully prepared by our talented chefs. Every month, we focus on a different theme to get your tastebuds popping with excitement. We kicked off the new year with a “dry veganuary” treat for guests.

Combining Veganuary with Dry January, we created a taste sensation for our dinner gueses. Our Executive Chef Craig Douglas collaborated with Red Box Tea and Left Coast Culture to create a memorable 4-course vegan tasting menu complemented by matching teas. The mix of flavours was fascinating, and provided a great insight into the vegan lifestyle to those who had never considered it before.

As with all of our Supper Clubs, it encourages like-minded people with a love for food & drink to talk about their meals and enjoy each other’s company.

The evening was hosted by Ness Walk’s Gabriel Pasat, who spoke of veganism and why more and more people are learning of its benefits. We were also joined by Ella from Left Coast Culture whose mouthwatering vegan cheeses featured on the menu.

Upcoming Torrish Supper Clubs

We’re just starting this foodie adventure of the world, so why not join us for a future event? For February, we are hosting a Desserts & Cocktail Night. Enter the world of food illusions where a scallop is actually a Panna cotta. This is going to be a very special menu indeed.
