Are you near shops and restaurants?
Ness Walk is in the perfect location to take advantage of the nearby city centre shops and restaurants alongside our own restaurant Torrish.

How do I make a booking?

How do I check my booking details?
You will be able to check your booking details on the confirmation email sent to you after the reservation has been made.
How do I amend or cancel my booking?
Bookings can be amended or cancelled by calling our reservations department on 01463 215215 or online here.
How do I make a group booking?
Group bookings can be made by calling us directly on 01463 257107.
Can I turn up without a booking?
Bookings must be made in advance.
What time can I check in?
Check-in is available from 3pm however we can offer early check-in at £20 per hour.
What time can I check out?
Check-out is by 11am however we can offer later check-out at £20 per hour.
What time is breakfast?
Mon – Fri 6.30am until 10am /Saturday & Sunday 7am – 11am.
What time is the restaurant open for dinner?
Our dinner service begins at 5pm with last seating at 9.30pm.
Do you cater for those with special dietary requirements?
We would be happy to cater to special dietary requirements and adapt our offering accordingly, just let us our waiting staff know of your intolerances.
When is the hotel reception open?
Our reception is open 24 hours.
I am arriving very late at night, will there be someone to help me check-in?
Of course. A member of our team will be available to check you in upon your late arrival.
What star rating does the hotel have?
Ness Walk has a 5 star rating from VisitScotland.
Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
Ness Walk is fully accessible with a level entrance to all public areas and a lift to access rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor.
Does the hotel have car parking facilities?
Ness Walk has car parking available at £15 per car per day. This can be added at time of booking.
Is the hotel pet-friendly?
We do not allow any pets at Ness Walk.
Is wi-fi included in the cost of my room?
High speed WiFi is available on a complimentary basis.
Can I bring children?
Our restaurant Torrish is child-friendly and has a fantastic menu to choose from. We don’t however have family rooms/interconnecting rooms available at Ness Walk.
What room types are available?
Ness Walk offers 4 room types named after trees that can be found on the property; Laurel, Cedar, Rowan Suite & Wellingtonia Suite.
Do the rooms have en-suite bathrooms?
All rooms at Ness Walk offer en-suite bathrooms
What in-room facilities are there?
The rooms at Ness Walk are packed with all the amenities you would expect from a 5-star hotel.
Do you provide housekeeping services?
Ness Walk offers a daily turn down service.
Do you provide room service?
We provide a 24hr room service offering.
Is it possible to get married at Ness Walk?
We are unable to offer wedding ceremonies at Ness Walk. However can host receptions for up to 80 guests.
Can I smoke on my room balcony?
It is forbidden by Scottish Law to smoke on the premises outwith the designated smoking areas clearly signed.
How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
The hotel is a short taxi ride from Inverness Train Station.
Does the hotel have a swimming pool and spa?
We do not, however our sister hotel the Kingsmills Hotel offers a gym, swimming pool, steam room and sauna available to guests of Ness Walk on a complimentary basis. The Kingsmills Hotel also has a spa that can be bookable prior to arrival.

Contact us directly on 01463 215215 and we will be able to assist with locating this item.
How far is it into the city centre?
We are only a safe 10 minute walk along the riverside into town. Maps and directions are available at reception with concierge.
Do you offer laundry services?
We offer a chargeable dry cleaning service. This is available Mon – Sat and will be delivered back to the hotel the same evening.
Do you offer transfers?
We offer transfers to and from the airport and to local golf courses at a set fee. Please contact us for more details and to make a booking.
Do I need to pre-book dinner?
It is advisable to make a reservation for dinner prior to ensure that you are able to dine at your preferred time. We also offer canapés to be enjoyed 30 minutes before your reservation time in our lounge bar.
