Ness Walk is in the perfect location to take advantage of the nearby city centre shops and restaurants alongside our own restaurant Torrish.

You will be able to check your booking details on the confirmation email sent to you after the reservation has been made.

Bookings must be made in advance.
Check-in is available from 3pm however we can offer early check-in at £20 per hour.
Check-out is by 11am however we can offer later check-out at £20 per hour.
Mon – Fri 6.30am until 10am / Saturday & Sunday 7am – 11am.
Our dinner service begins at 5pm with last seating at 9.30pm.
We would be happy to cater to special dietary requirements and adapt our offering accordingly, just let us our waiting staff know of your intolerances.
Our reception is manned 24/7

Ness Walk has an official 5 star rating from VisitScotland.
Ness Walk is fully accessible with a level entrance to all public areas and lift access to rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor.
Ness Walk has car parking available for residents at £20 per car per day. This can be added at time of booking by our reservations team.
We do not allow any pets at Ness Walk.
High speed WiFi is available on a complimentary basis.
Our restaurant Torrish is child-friendly and has a fantastic menu to choose from. We don’t however have family rooms/interconnecting rooms available at Ness Walk.
Ness Walk offers 5 room types named after trees that can be found on the property; Laurel, Cedar, Oak, Rowan Suite & Wellingtonia Suite.
All rooms at Ness Walk offer en-suite bathrooms
The rooms at Ness Walk are packed with all the amenities you would expect from a 5-star hotel.
We offer a full housekeeping service including daily servicing of your room along with an additional evening turn-down service. Our preference is to carry this out at a convenient time when you are out of your room, however, if you do not wish for us to enter your room, you will be invited to use your Do-Not-Disturb sign to notify us.
We provide a 24hr room service offering.
We are unable to offer wedding ceremonies at Ness Walk. However, we can host receptions for up to 60 guests with beautiful views across our courtyard and the River Ness beyond.
It is forbidden by Scottish Law to smoke on the premises outwith the designated smoking areas clearly signed.
Ness Walk is 10 miles away from Inverness Airport. You can get to the hotel by our transfer service or by taxi.
The hotel is a short taxi ride from Inverness Train Station.
We do not, however our sister hotel the Kingsmills Hotel offers a gym, swimming pool, steam room and sauna available to guests of Ness Walk on a complimentary basis. The Kingsmills Hotel also has a spa that can be bookable prior to arrival.

We are only a safe 10 minute walk along the riverside into town. Maps and directions are available at reception with concierge.
We offer a chargeable dry cleaning service. This is available Monday – Friday and will be delivered back to the hotel the same evening.
We offer transfers to and from the airport and to local golf courses at a set fee. Please contact us for more details and to make a booking.
It is advisable to make a reservation for dinner prior to ensure that you are able to dine at your preferred time. We also offer canapés to be enjoyed 30 minutes before your reservation time in our lounge bar.
