What our guests say
This hotel excels in every meaningful aspect but also has that X factor that makes it a cut above the rest: absolutely stellar rooms, friendly/attentive staff, outstanding food-both in room service and dining area, creative cocktails and bar snacks. This hotel is on par with the Langham or Ritz chains but is a notch above in my opinion.
A fantastic overnight escape. Everything perfect - the beautiful room, the attentive service, the amazing food and even the glorious weather. We’ll be back! - Erica Cargill
Had a fantastic couple of nights at Ness Walk. Great location next to the river so we could walk anywhere in Inverness. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Food was superb. We had best night sleep we’ve had in months with the giant bed and blackout curtains! - Trip Advisor
I would give 10 stars if possible for service, fantastic team! Food was also beautiful and the decor was stunning. Will be back soon, really enjoyed our visit! - Louise Corrigall
