Directing the culinary team at Ness Walk, Callum brings his wealth of experience from some Scotland’s leading restaurants. His style is contemporary, modern, abundant in international inspiration and undoubtedly world-class.

To showcase his incredible culinary talents, Callum and the team at Ness Walk are delighted to invite you to an exclusive Supper Club to ‘meet the chef’ and experience a tasting menu of the flagship dishes from his forthcoming À La Carte collection launch. The evening begins at 6.30pm with a complimentary glass of Champagne, however you are welcome to arrive earlier for drinks in our bar or on our heated terrace.
Set to sell out, our menu-launch Supper Club will see like-minded foodies come together to experience world-class cuisine in one of the best dining spots in the city. To accompany this fine occasion, our sommelier has curated a collection of paired wines, available to order on the night.View Menu

Our Supper Club returns with a four-course tasting menu, a first-look at some of the highlight dishes from our upcoming À La Carte Menu, launching later this month. Our Supper Club experience costs £60 per guest, inclusive of a glass of Champagne, with the option of adding on a wine-pairing experience.
The delicate first course; intricate layers of feuille de brick with Ham Hock, accompanied by flavours of pickled jalapeños and piquillo pepper inspired by the Mediterranean.
Our second course of the evening is a demonstration of Callum’s culinary creativity. Softly charred Lemon Sole is accompanied with a decadent butter sauce and woodland flavours of wild mushroom, pickled apple and roasted macadamia.
Continuing the culinary experience, our third course is a warming dish with Eastern inspiration. Melt-in-the-mouth Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder enriched with rose harissa, preserved lemon and pomegranate.
The grand finale is a chocolate mousse. But, whatever you’re imagining will not do justice to this decadent dessert of rich dark chocolate sponge, whipped chocolate mousse and Italian meringue – brought to life by miso-salted caramel and crunchy roasted peanuts.View Menu
