Delivering unique concepts and flavours from around the world, the Torrish Supper Club promises to take your taste buds on a culinary adventure. Bringing brave ideas to life!
Each month our chefs will ‘shake up’ a unique theme inspired by locations near and far, seasons hot and cold. And all served with a sprinkle of nostalgia and intrigue. Who said fine dining couldn’t be fun?
Join us on a foodie journey from pole to pole. One night we might light our mouths on fire with spicy goat curry from India, and another we’ll feast on the finest pickled fish from Scandanavia. Try food you’ve never heard of before, and you might even find a new favourite ingredient.
The food will be expertly prepared by our brilliant chefs, headed up by Ness Walk’s Executive Chef, Craig Douglas. Having worked in Michelin-starred restaurants and under chefs across the world, Craig will make sure an evening at our Torrish Supper Club is unforgettable!
Our Supper Clubs will be relaxed and offer an opportunity to meet new people with a love for food & drink. Our vision is to bring a community and interactive element to an industry that is often perceived as ‘stuffy’. Special guests symbolic to the evening’s theme will be invited to the supper club to provide fascinating insight – and maybe some secrets… We can’t wait to share with you what we have in store!
January Supper Club – Vegan Tasting Menu w/ Matching Teas
Join us for our VERY FIRST Supper Club on the 23rd January at 7.00pm as we merge the increasingly popular health trends Veganuary with Dry January. Delivering an experience Inverness has never seen before!
Our Executive Chef Craig Douglas has been working closely with Red Box Tea to create a sumptuous 4 course vegan tasting menu complemented by matching teas. This is ideal for both the seasoned vegan as well as those intrigued by the lifestyle and the gastronomic opportunities it has to offer.
Our very own Gabriel Pasat will host, providing insight into veganism, its unique benefits and spur the interactivity!
The evenings menu is inspired by the exceptional local vegan produce found on our doorstep in the Highlands.
