Tennis lovers rejoice, for The Championships returns this summer. This annual event hosted at Wimbledon is the oldest tennis tournament in the world, and a prestigious British tradition. And so to celebrate at Ness Walk Hotel in Inverness, we’re putting on a Grand Slam afternoon tea, fit for the occasion.
Our Heavenly Afternoon Tea takes on a summer twist, with a Wimbledon theme – back by popular demand! The menu has been curated to reflect seasonal flavours, in keeping with food and beverages traditionally enjoyed at Wimbledon. This special menu is set to run for six weeks, from 19th June to 30th July 2023.

Our afternoon teas are served in Ness Walk’s beautiful lounge and restaurant, where you can take in the picturesque views of our gardens and the River Ness. During the tournament, we’ll be showing the matches on screens in the lounge. So you can watch while enjoying your elegant treats. Or, on sunny days, you can take afternoon tea outside in our courtyard.

Presented with precision and vibrant in colour and texture, our freshly baked treats take centre court. The menu includes a delicious selection of finger sandwiches, scones, cakes and desserts. Join us here at Ness Walk in Inverness for our Wimbledon-themed Heavenly Afternoon Tea. Available from 19th June to 30th July 2023.
