Heavenly Afternoon Tea

Our seasonal selection showcases the bright flavours of Spring with a collection of sweet and savoury elements. Ingredients are sourced locally from local artisan farms and producers.

Savour the warmth of a homemade sausage roll paired with a delicate apple gel, and revel in the bold flavours of cauliflower pakora served with mint and Connage Dairy yoghurt.

Our finger sandwiches offer a symphony of taste, from the robust roast sirloin of beef with horseradish mayo on brown bread to the luxurious Balvenie whisky smoked salmon with dill and Tain crowdie cheese on white bread. Delight in classic elegance with the Brackla Farm egg & mayonnaise sandwich, adorned with baby watercress.

Our selection of scones, including traditional buttermilk and cherry, are served warm, handmade by our pastry chef. And, served with homemade Scottish preserve and decadent clotted cream.

Conclude your afternoon of treats with our divine desserts: lime & mango tart, caramel sablé, chocolate & blackcurrant torte, and apple, sultana & cinnamon cake.

Enjoy in our lounge or Torrish Restaurant. Or, head out to the sunshine terrace for a little sun. Our afternoon tea is served alongside our extensive speciality Dammann tea collection and coffee menu and costs £29.95 per person. Available 12.30 pm – 4.30 pm on Friday & Saturday and 2 pm to 4.30 pm Sunday to Thursday for both residents and non-residents.
