Heavenly Afternoon Tea

This summer, Ness Walk is celebrating the vibrant British summer. Ness Walk offers a fitting stage for this elegant nod to one of Britain’s great summer traditions.

The carefully curated menu, showcases the finest flavours of the British summer. Drawing on both seasonality and place, savouries open the experience. A pork pie with house-made onion chutney is served alongside a delicately crisp smoked haddock and leek bonbon. Finger sandwiches follow, featuring cucumber, coronation chicken, and a classic Ploughman’s – each crafted with precision and balance.

The sweet course, led by Pastry Chef Kevin Roy, is a true spectacle. A raspberry and pistachio tart featuring locally grown berries; a mango and lime Pavlova delivering a bright tropical lift; and a strawberry sablé with champagne jelly. A final flourish – a rich chocolate and almond cake with Earl Grey whipped ganache – brings the experience to a decadent close.

Our Heavenly Afternoon Tea is served in our lounge, on the terrace for an al-fresco afternoon or in Torrish. Available daily.
