Heavenly Afternoon Tea

This Autumn, Ness Walk is celebrating the rich flavours of the season. Ness Walk offers a fitting stage for this elegant nod to one of Britain’s most indulgent traditions.

The carefully curated menu, showcases the finest flavours of a British Autumn. Drawing on both seasonality and place, savouries open the experience. Citrus-cured salmon with apple & yuzu gel is served alongside miso glazed chicken. Finger sandwiches follow, featuring rare roast beef and mustard, local Brackla Farm egg mayonnaise, and a classic cucumber & cream cheese – each crafted with precision and balance.

The sweet course, led by Pastry Chef Kevin Roy, is a true spectacle. A pear, blackcurrant and ginger sablé; an apple and custard tart delivering orchard fruit and nostalgic bliss; and a coffee, hazelnut and chocolate gateau. A final flourish – a citrus olive oil cake brings the experience to a decadent close with a warming mediterranean twist.

Our Heavenly Afternoon Tea is served in our lounge, on the terrace for an al-fresco afternoon or in Torrish. Available daily.
