Inspired by the Highlands
Chef Gerard’s varied career has taken him from the food-obsessed region of Burgundy through some of Europe’s most renowned kitchens. He spent a decade at the iconic Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles, and today he brings an infectious passion for Scotland’s rich natural larder to Torrish. Also an avid wild forager, Gerard has a unique ability to uncover the Highlands’ hidden treasures, drawing inspiration from the landscapes and seasons.
Our chefs transform ingredients like foraged wild garlic and Aberdeenshire lamb into dishes that capture the essence of the region. So this is an unpretentious celebration of Scotland’s bounty, creating a considered experience in the heart of Inverness.
