Ness Walk Hotel is available for exclusive use conferencing and incentives. This includes use of all 47 stylish bedrooms and suites at the hotel, our Riverbank event room seating up to 120 guests, plus the courtyard, garden and dining room as required.

Hiring our hotel exclusively for business use gives you access to 47 hotel rooms, all of exceptional 5-star standard. This option provides convenient onsite accommodation for your team and delegates. Many of our spacious en-suite rooms offer beautiful views, either to the courtyard and river, or onto our lush private gardens. All bedrooms filled with natural light and designed with meticulous detailing that reflects the setting.
Tailored to you
As an exclusive use venue, your brand can be fully reflected across your event. And, this can begin before your guests arrive to Ness Walk. A recent client of ours branded Inverness Airport ahead of their car launch. On arrival, we can quote for bespoke branded key cards for your rooms. We’ll even display your brand videos across our in-room televisions for the complete arrival experience if this suits the goals of your event.



Flexible conference room
Our Riverbank Room provides the perfect centrepiece for your exclusive event. This fully accessible room is flooded with daylight and hosts up to 120 delegates in a theatre-style layout or 100 for a reception or banquet. The flexible space can also be set for 80 guests in a cabaret layout or transformed into a VIP media lounge.
Spacious and contemporary in design, the room features a south-facing glass wall – offering floor-to-ceiling views out to the River Ness. The space incorporates essential facilities and equipment, including high-speed WIFI, projector, PA system and blackout facilities.

Courtyard, veranda and lawns
Our beautiful manicured gardens offer additional event space, with plenty of seating, sheltered areas and outdoor heating. Allowing you to bring your event out into the elegant courtyard for blue-sky thinking, or onto the veranda and down to the lawns. The perfect setting for drinks receptions, breakout spaces or simply a change of scenery.
Restaurant and fine dining
Helmed by head Chef Gerard Chouet, our team combines local Scottish cuisine with flavours from throughout the world to create exciting menu options. From bespoke seafood buffets to croquembouche towers, let us tailor the catering to your event theme. We will work with you to produce delicious dining experiences for your guests and delegates.
Whether you choose to eat in Torrish Restaurant, have a standing buffet in the relaxed lounge, within your meeting room, we will cater for your bespoke needs.. We can even arrange a BBQ outside in the garden!
