Our accessible Birch Room is located on the ground floor of the original 19th century part of the hotel. Located just steps from reception, this private sanctuary welcomes you through your own entrance and foyer before opening into a generous 38sqm space. And offers high ceilings synonymous with the architecture of this time. 

At the heart of the room lies a plush king-size bed, which can easily be transformed into two singles to suit your stay. For enhanced comfort, the room features a rotating television, cosy armchair, and dedicated desk area with a moveable chair. Safety cords by the bed provide additional peace of mind.

The Birch Room offers two bathrooms – one fully accessible. The main bathroom boasts a separate bath, shower, toilet and sink, while the second features a wet-room design with shower seat, guide rails and accessible fittings. With prior notice, the standard bed can be removed to accommodate a profiling bed, ensuring every guest enjoys the utmost comfort.
