The trees on the grounds of Ness Walk have given name to our luxurious rooms and suites – Laurel, Cedar Oak, Rowan and Wellingtonia. We also offer luxury accessible rooms. We’ve designed our luxury Inverness accommodation with meticulous attention to detail. The interiors reflect the seasonal landscape with a flow of soft colours and textiles. Many of our 47 spacious and stylish en-suite rooms, three of which are accessible, offer beautiful views, either to the courtyard and river beyond, or the verdant gardens. All are filled with natural light, featuring bespoke elements, such as carpeting resembling the River Ness as it approaches the riverbank. Our first room type is Laurel, situated on the upper hotel floors. Laurel rooms are luxurious, with large floor to ceiling windows and views across the grounds or to the River Ness. Cedar is one of our superior room types, with terrace access, river views and private seating on the ground floor. Oak is also a superior room type, located on the first floor with large floor to ceiling windows, offering unspoiled views across our beautiful courtyard towards the River Ness. All our hotel rooms offer 5-star quality accommodation with stylish ensuite bathrooms and indulgent toiletries from Arran Sense of Scotland. Plus, those unique little Ness Walk touches, to make your stay extra special.
A suite treat
For an added treat or special occasion, we have two deluxe suites, named Rowan and Wellingtonia. Both have their own bespoke features, with extra space and private lounge areas. So you can relax in total comfort and style.
