Book nowWell, my husband and I returned from our lovely stay at Ness Walk yesterday and what an experience it was. From the champagne check-in, right through to the moment we left, we were cared for and cosseted. We have been lucky enough to stay in a few nice hotels over the years but the welcome and the service at Ness Walk surpassed any of our previous experiences.
The staff were so attentive and friendly whilst remaining professional that we quickly relaxed. We got the impression that they enjoyed working at the hotel and meeting different people. They all looked very smart and everyone made a point of greeting us when we passed.
The attention to detail in every aspect of the room and of the public areas was first class. We loved the room with the patio doors onto the woodland garden where a little robin greeted us in the morning. The bed was super comfortable with quality bedding and we loved the Arran Aromatics.
The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Afternoon tea was a delight as was dinner with a nice bottle of Rioja. After a delicious and hearty breakfast we were sad to leave but reception kindly agreed to hold our case while we walked over the island.
So all I can say is a huge thank you to all who made our stay so special. Every staff member we met was charming and courteous.
