Our wine list features 4 stunning dessert wines, each with unique characteristics and chosen for their quality. You can enjoy these wines in a small glass of 100ml or, as they are in half bottles, they can be shared easily amongst your table
Dark Chocolate Torte
The rich chocolate flavours in this dessert pair exceptionally well with a sweeter wine that doesn’t overpower the flavours and blends with them. Our Tokaji Blue Label 5 is a beautiful wine that will compliment your dessert beautifully. Available by the glass. 100ml – £14.95.
This delicate dessert is rich in tropical fruit flavours and pairs delightfully with a Muscat wine which exudes a rich apricot sweetness. Our Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise comes from one of the best producers in the region and is a fine example. Available by the glass. 100ml – £8.50
Lemon & Raspberry Posset
Fresh summer flavours with rich lemon and berry flavours are the focus of this dessert, expertly made by our pastry chef, Kevin Roy. Pairing well with a sweet and aromatic wine, we recommend our Château Rieussec which is available by the glass. 100ml – £13.95
Textures of Strawberry and Coconut
This sweet and aromatic wine will elevate your enjoyment and compliment the strawberry and coconut flavours. Our Sauternes from Château Rieussec is available by the glass. 100ml – £13.95.
Selection of Cheeses
Our selection of Scottish cheeses includes a bold blue, creamy soft and a rich Tain cheddar. We recommend enjoying this selection with our Corney & Barrow, Ruby Wood Port which is rich in blackcurrant and cherry flavours and laced with pepper. Available by the glass. 50ml – £5.60.
